Do you supply outside the UAE?

Our installation service covers the United Arab Emirates. For projects elsewhere we can supply finished stone for installation by your own contractor - get in touch and we'll advise on shipping.

Is everything made to order?

Yes. Every piece is cut and carved for a specific project. We do not hold finished stock, which is why lead times matter - please build them into your programme.

Can I change the size of a catalogue design?

Yes. Every design in the catalogue can be resized to your wall, carved in a different stone, or finished differently. The listed sizes are starting points, not limits.

What are typical lead times?

Every piece is made to order and typically takes 6-10 weeks from an approved drawing. Exact timing is confirmed with your quotation.

Can you work from my architect's drawings?

Absolutely - that is our preferred route. Send DWG, PDF or even a hand sketch and we'll return a 3D visualisation before anything is cut.

Will you tell me if a design won't suit my space?

Yes, and we would rather do that than sell you the wrong thing. Send your drawings or a site photo and we'll give you an honest assessment, including an alternative if we think something else works better.

Do you provide 3D renders before production?

Yes, for all carved and bespoke work. We iterate on the render until you approve it, then production begins.

How is pricing determined?

By stone variety, thickness, carving depth, total area and finish. Because every job differs we quote per project rather than publishing a price list.

Can I see or order samples?

Yes. We can send physical samples of any stone variety and finish before you commit. Ask for samples with your enquiry.

Do you handle installation?

Yes, with our own specialist teams across the UAE. We can also supply-only if you have a preferred contractor.

How do I start?

Message us on WhatsApp with photos or drawings of the space, or fill in the enquiry form. We usually respond the same working day.

What is a honed stone finish?

Honed is a smooth, flat matte finish achieved by grinding the surface until it is even but not reflective. It hides scratches and water spots better than a polished finish, which is why we recommend it for floors, cladding and high-traffic areas. It's available across our wall, cladding and cobblestone ranges.

What is a bush-hammered (hammered) stone finish?

Bush hammering uses a tool with a pyramid-tipped head to repeatedly strike the stone surface, leaving a textured, slightly pitted finish with a rustic, tactile character. It improves slip resistance and reads as more informal than honed or polished stone, so it's popular for exterior cladding, boundary walls and poolside paving. We offer it on all cladding varieties and most wall designs.

What is a sandblasted finish, and when is it used?

Sandblasting propels fine abrasive at the stone under pressure, producing an even, slightly textured matte surface - softer and more uniform than bush-hammering, with excellent weather and UV stability. It's a common choice for villa facades and cladding in the Gulf climate where a natural, non-reflective look is wanted outdoors.

Do you supply stacked stone or ledge stone cladding?

Yes. What's often called stacked stone or ledge stone internationally, we supply as split-face and random-ledger cladding layouts - natural stone cut with an irregular, dimensional face and stacked in a running or random pattern. It's available across our cladding materials; see the Natural Stone Cladding collection or ask for sizes and finish options.
